In the event of financial problems, the applicant must apply with the reason and proof (s) of insufficient financial resources to afford the fee. The submission shall be sent following the deadline for registration in the admission examination procedure for analysis by the Graduate Committee, according to Resolution CoPGr No. 7621, OF FEBRUARY 21, 2019, sections II.3 and II.4.
