Delivery

To deliver a thesis or dissertation, the student shall check the dates of the meetings of the Program Coordinating Committee – CCP. After CCP approval, the student shall check the schedule of meetings and deadlines.

Documents to be delivered to the Graduate Section are listed below:

Regulation 6542/2013

Checklist of mandatory items

  1. Delivery Form: Delivery Form – Regulation 6542 – 2013 v 2020
  2. a) The title informed on the form cannot be altered in the post-delivery procedures.
  3. b) The graduate student and advisor signatures fields might be digitalized, however, the signature of the Coordinator or Vice coordinator must be original.
  4. Copies:
  5. a) 1 copy on CD:

1 file with the dissertation/thesis in .pdf format, with a MAXIMUM of 20 MB in size. Please, use the paper envelope to protect the CD.;

1 file with the advisor’s opinion on the dissertation/thesis in .pdf format. The opinion must be saved on the same CD as the dissertation/thesis.

The CD must be labeled following the FMRP template: CD-template

  1. b) 1 copy printed on a hardcover.

Note: It is mandatory to mention the financial support of CAPES in the work of ALL students (scholarship holders or not).
